CoolE Bot 是由 Cool English 團隊開發出來的英語聊天機器人。團隊運用 OpenAI 的資源，以及 Microsoft 的語音辨識和語音合成服務，來建置 CoolE 聊天機器人，使其能理解使用者說的話，並以語音或文字的方式和使用者互動。
